Cannot Access WordPress Admin Panel

If you cannot access the WordPress Admin Panel, it could be for several reasons:

1. You may not have been assigned an administrative account. If Creativity Justified is still working on your project, you will not be given administrative access to your account. This is to prevent unintentional issues within the backend of your site while we work to complete your project.
2. You may have forgotten your password. If you've forgotten your password, you will need to click on the "Lost Password" link on the WP Admin Login page. If your email has been assigned to your administrative profile, an email from WordPress will generate to your email account to reset your password.
3. Your site may be under malware attack. If you've not paid for website security, it is possible that your website may be hacked. To prevent, we ask all clients to engage in a website security maintenance package. We can resolve this issue. Please submit a support ticket. If you do not currently have a maintenance package, an invoice will be sent to you for payment before issue is resolved.
